It is obtained by steam distillation, using the classic double distillation system, of the fragrant pomace of Brunello di Montalcino. This pomace retains all the characteristics of the wine and the terroir from which it comes, and having undergone extensive maceration, it is rich in alcohol and aromas. This fine Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is then patiently aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 18 months. The quality of the raw material, combined with the meticulous traditional production method, give the product unique characteristics.
