Obtained from freshly fermented
Chianti Classico pomace, this grappa occupies
an important role in the product portfolio of
San Felice. The maturation of a few
months in small oak barrels gives
it a slightly amber hue.

Distillation Method
De-alcoholization in steam current
of the pomace in a discontinuous still
with copper boilers and
subsequent rectification of the
alcoholic phlegms in a
vacuum-sealed bain-marie boiler.
Maturation
In stainless steel containers.
Appearance
Crystalline in transparency
and a slightly
amber color tone.
