Bright golden yellow with lime peel reflections, very fine perlage. Notes of dried white flower, ripe apricot and a wild note of lemon thyme, saffron and strawberry tree on the finish.
Dense taste with full, compact and crisp bubbles. Elegant and very pleasant to drink: definitely a treat.
Passion and research
Cabochon is the most prestigious Franciacorta of Monte Rossa. It was born from the research, begun in 1985, of a more careful selection of the crus of the Monte Rossa hill and of a new winemaking system that introduced barriques for the first fermentation of the must. The results were such that the wine obtained has established itself among the company labels.
