This is the first vintage in our winery's production range.
It is dedicated to Law 180 of 1978, the famous "Basaglia Law," which revolutionized the way we think about and treat psychiatry.
Made from organic grapes (50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir), only the Chardonnay is aged in barrique. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging on the lees for at least 60 months.
An intense golden yellow color with a fine perlage. The nose offers aromas of ripe fruit with spicy notes and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is dry, assertive, and fragrant, with notes of vanilla and flint.
Organic CCPB certification from the Consortium for the Control of Organic Products (CCPB), guaranteeing consumers that the product complies with the established standards, from vineyard to bottle, through documentary, inspection, and laboratory controls.
