It has always been the flagship product of the Franciacorta range. It is a blend of grapes from all our vineyards, giving it the complexity that only the diversity of its different vineyard locations can provide. 80% of the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and 20% in barriques. The tirage takes place the spring following the harvest. After 20 to 30 months of aging on the lees, the wine is disgorged. With a fine and persistent perlage, the nose reveals tropical fruit and citrus, with notes of toast and flint. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with good minerality and persistence. It is an aperitif wine, also perfect with light first courses and main courses. Organic CCPB certification from the Consortium for the Control of Organic Products (CCPB), guaranteeing consumers that the product complies with established specifications, from vineyard to bottle, through documentary, inspection, and laboratory controls.
