Tenuta San Vincenti's Chianti Classico is produced with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes (85% and 15%) from our vineyards.
The refinement is carried out in 5 hl tonneaux for a minimum of 8 months with a 2-month finissage in thermo-conditioned cement and a subsequent three months in the bottle. Intense ruby ??red in color, the nose recognizes a lively floral bouquet with full notes of red fruit; rounded taste with good structure, great harmony and softness, and a dense texture of rounded and pleasant tannins.
