The name is enough to fall under its spell. A sensational, opaque, bluish purple wine that reveals notes of vanilla, spring flowers, blueberry and blackberry liqueur with a hint of licorice. The entry into the mouth is a cascade of ripe, rich and concentrated fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied, complex and harmonious; tannins are present but well integrated, as are wood, acidity and alcohol. It can be drunk immediately but, being still a teenager, it can safely wait for another 25-35 years. Difficult to resist.
