DESCRIPTION OF CHAMPAGNE BRUT 'INFLUENCE' MINIERE F&R The Champagne Brut “Influence” by Minière F&R is the Maison's most representative cuvée, composed of a classic blend of the three most widespread grapes in Champagne: Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. The prevalence of red grape varieties gives the wine structure and aromatic richness, well balanced by the refined, floral and fruity elegance of the Chardonnay. It is a label with a strong, powerful and profound personality, which thanks to the long aging on the lees, offers a complex and fascinating taste experience, characterized by a satisfying sip and a clear gastronomic vocation. It is a Champagne to be enjoyed throughout the meal, even in combination with important menus.
The Brut “Influence” by Maison Minière F&R is a classic Champagne, which interprets the Hermonville terroir very well. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes come from vineyards cultivated in the lieu dit Les Fontenelles and those of Meunier in the lieu dit Les Couturelles. As usual, the three vines are vinified separately and the fermentations take place in French oak barriques, 30% less than 4 years old and the remaining 70% more than 5 years old. The vins clairs mature for 6-8 months in barriques on the fine lees and with periodic bâtonnage, without carrying out malolactic fermentation. The final assembly is made with the base wines of the vintage to which 15% of reserve wines are added. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method with a minimum refinement on the lattes of 7 years before dégorgement.
“Influence” is a Brut Champagne, produced by Minière F&R, which perfectly illustrates the character of the terroir of the northern area of ??the Montagne de Reims and the style of the Maison, based on the production of intense Champagnes with a notable personality. Mature, powerful and complex, it presents itself in the glass with a bright golden yellow color, crossed by a continuous and very fine perlage. The bouquet opens with notes of citrus peel, toasted sensations, aromas of ripe yellow fruit, tropical fruit, soft hints of vanilla and pastry. The sip is deep and vinous, long and persistent, characterized by ample and creamy aromas, well balanced by a fresh and mineral finish.
