This Blanc de Noirs is produced exclusively with grapes from Premier Cru vineyards, recognized for the superior quality of their fruit. Here, the grapes come exclusively from the single village of Hautvillers.

The Village: Hautvillers is a Premier Cru village located near Epernay, on the heights of the Marne Valley, on a south-facing slope. This place, especially its abbey, is known as the birthplace of Champagne.

The Blend: Different parcels in the village are blended to maintain consistency and balance from one harvest to the next. These range from the vineyards located downstream from the village, near the river, to the higher areas, on the edge of the forest.
