Caroni Employees 3Rd Release 20 Yo Full proof Heavy, Nita "Nitz" Hogan is the assembly of 6 barrels of Caroni Heavy Rum distilled in the single column and aged for 20 years in a tropical climate. The blend, bottled full proof, for a total of 1187 bottles, is composed of 6 rums from single barrels of 2000, selected during the Caroni Ceremony on April 4, 2019. Once chosen, the blend was transferred to stainless steel containers, where the aging has definitively stopped advancing, in order to keep intact all the characteristics of the original Caroni aged in a tropical climate.
