Production method: The meticulous selection of the grapes is followed by vinification with maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature in combined steel and wood vats which lasts approximately 10 – 12 days. The wine matures for 2 years, 50% in French oak barrels (60 – 90 hl) and 50% in French oak barriques (3.5 hl); in this period scrupulous checks are carried out, up to the refinement in the bottle which lasts for 8-12 months.

The Sommelier's comment: this important Brunello di Montalcino has a ruby red color with an immediate and immediately effective aroma with clear aromas of morello cherry, licorice, pepper, plum and all around the typical "dust" of Brunello to embellish a picture intense and very fresh on the nose. The stylistic rigor and expansive structure are confirmed on the palate. It has strength, vital acid texture and excellent flavor on the finish
