WINE COMMENT
After two weeks of
natural and spontaneous fermentation, the wine is poured
into large French oak barrels
of 30 Hl and 54 Hl, dove gray
it will age for 38 months.
Subsequently refined in the
bottle for at least 6 months.
The color in the glass is ruby ??red,
deep and intense. The nose is
opened by floral hints of violet,
then enriched by fruity notes of plum. On the palate it is
juicy, full, rich, warm and velvety finish with fine and
smooth tannins.
