PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Fattoria Valdicava winery was built in 1953 by Bramante Martini, grandfather of the current owner. Martini founded the Brunello Consortium and began producing this prized wine in 1968.
Valdicava currently owns 27 hectares of vineyards, all planted with Sangiovese grapes, which produce Brunello Valdicava, a Brunello Riserva, and a Rosso di Montalcino.
