Capo Martino Bianco Venezia Giulia by Jermann is born from a blend of native white grapes grown in the Dolegna del Collio area (GO). The vineyards, exposed to East-South and West-South, are rooted here on the typical "ponca", a particular alternation of marl and sandstone famous for its ability to give a deep minerality to wines. In the cellar, the alcoholic fermentation of the must was accompanied by a brief maceration on the skins in oak barrels where the wine rested for 10 months before bottling. It was released for sale 2 years after the harvest.
CAPO MARTINO BIANCO VENEZIA GIULIA JERMANN: THE TASTING Capo Martino Bianco Venezia Giulia by Jermann presents itself to the eye with a golden yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose it opens with aromas of apple and tropical yellow fruit followed by hints of broom and passion flower and hints of hazelnut and vanilla. On the palate it is soft, mineral, delicately aromatic and incredibly persistent. Good with cheeses and vegetarian dishes or paired with exquisite seafood preparations.
