INFORMAZIONI DEL PRODOTTO

The artistic labels of Bartolo Mascarello Barolos are famous not only for their content, but also for the art that characterizes them. Bartolo Mascarello, an iconic Barolo producer, was also a lover of art and wanted to convey this passion through the labels of his wines. These labels have become a distinctive symbol of the Bartolo Mascarello winery and a sign of recognition for wine lovers.
Each artist label is a unique work of art, often hand-drawn. Bartolo Mascarello himself created many of the first labels and the tradition has been maintained by the family and local artists.
Some labels contain political or cultural messages, reflecting the personal views of Bartolo Mascarello. A famous example is the label with the words "No Barrique, No Berlusconi", which expressed his opposition to the use of barriques (small wooden barrels) for aging wine and to the politics of Silvio Berlusconi.
The labels combine art and tradition, often showing images that recall the history and culture of Piedmont and the Langhe, the region of origin of Barolo. Some labels have been produced in limited series, making these bottles collectibles for enthusiasts and collectors.
In addition to the drawings of Bartolo Mascarello, the winery has collaborated with several artists to create unique labels, keeping alive the artistic tradition and introducing new stylistic influences.
These labels not only embellish the bottles of one of the most renowned wines in Italy, but they tell stories, express opinions and celebrate art in all its forms. The bottles of Barolo Bartolo Mascarello with their artistic labels are therefore much more than simple containers of wine, they are true objects of art.

The bottles have been checked by Buongiornovino technical staff and have been stored in the temperature-controlled cellars of our warehouse.
The photo included in the technical sheet of each wine corresponds to the product actually in our possession. We guarantee maximum care in the conservation and handling of the bottle, but not any deterioration or defects in the content, even many years after it was placed on the market.
