CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol content 16/16.5% vol.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Ideal with rich main courses such as roasts, game, grilled meats, and red meats in general, as well as with aged cheeses.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.

BOTTLE: 0.75-liter Borgognotta and 1.5-liter magnum.
