A still white wine, with intense floral, fruity and spicy notes. The controlled temperature refinement takes place exclusively in steel. The sip is fine and elegant with a nice acid boost that cleans the palate well.

Today here we deal with great white wines of unmistakable elegance and minerality, so typical and unique for the Valle Isarco region. With a total of 6 hectares of vineyards, we are a small but refined winery specialized in the production of excellent white wines. The altitude of our terraced vineyards at -700 meters above sea level and the surrounding natural conditions and 650: with a harsh mountain climate, extreme temperature differences between day and night, long winters and a consequently late formation. But the result is worth all the effort put in. For the seven varieties of white grapes, these are excellent conditions to ripen in harmony, with wines of character.
