PRODUCT INFORMATION
The grapes are softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine then ages for several months on its yeasts in stainless steel containers.
To be proposed as an aperitif, with pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, grilled fish, fondues and soufflés.
