static. It is subsequently fermented in single-unit steel tanks

in stainless steel containers.
TASTING
Müller Thurgau presents itself in a pale straw yellow color and is striking
with its intriguing aroma, its pleasant notes of aromatic herbs and walnut
nutmeg and hints of apricot. The freshness of the wine gives youth and
delicate structure in every sip.
TERROR
Vineyards exposed to the south-east and south-west between 350 and 650 m above sea level. at medium altitudes
with calcareous soils, and clayey and sandy veins. Hand harvested.
HARVEST 2023
With great pleasure we announce the arrival of a promising vintage! After a typical spring, a phase
fresh in May slightly delayed the vegetative period, resulting in only the onset of flowering
towards the end of this month. The high temperatures, and the drought of June and July, then slowed down
the development of the vine again and have, so to speak, normalized it. At the beginning of August the
long-awaited rains, providing the vines with the water they needed. The meticulous work in the vineyard gave i
its fruits, despite the challenging climate with hot periods contrasted with cool periods with rain.
Thanks to the "golden South Tyrolean autumn", the grapes were finally able to benefit from conditions for a long time
optimal climate and above all lots of sun, to the point that the start of the harvest was postponed
compared to the "historic" date of the beginning of September. In terms of quality, the 2023 vintage expresses itself with levels of
very balanced acidity, a characteristic fruit and a good structure.
