Sauvignon Winkl Terlano: South Tyrolean Minerality
Sauvignon Winkl Terlano is an Alto Adige DOC white wine that expresses the purity of Sauvignon Blanc and the minerality of its terroir. The grapes grow on sandy and clayey soils with quartz-rich subsoil, at an altitude between 280 and 580 meters. After fermentation, the wine ages in stainless steel and large wooden barrels.

Blend: 100% Sauvignon.

Aging: 5-7 months in stainless steel and 20% in large barrels.

Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow in color. On the nose, it offers a delicate bouquet with notes of elderflower, grapefruit, cut grass, and a mineral touch. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a pleasant finish.

Pairings: It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, asparagus, and fresh cheeses.
