NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK MADE WITH GERMAN RIESLING WHITE WINE, DEALCOHOLIC IN GERMANY

Vinuci is an Italian design, specifically in Merano, and produced in Germany, in the typical areas of Rhine Riesling, such as the Moselle. The distinctive and aromatic character of this grape variety and its resulting white wine makes it ideal for dealcoholization, particularly vacuum-packed wine, as this method is particularly gentle and does not ruin the wine's flavor.
After over a year of research throughout Europe, in 2021 the founders of "Vinuci," whose name comes from the Latin "vinum reducere" (to reduce wine), chose Riesling to launch their company in Merano, but with production and dealcoholization in the best German wine-producing areas. Numerous tests and just as many bottles are used to achieve a premium level of quality that was recognized by the WineHunter Award in Merano in 2023. Vinuci Allegro was awarded The WineHunter Award Rosso with a score between 90 and 92.99 points out of 100.
The journey to excellence has just begun, but the results can already be savored in three Riesling versions: DECISO still white, ALLEGRO sparkling white, and FLOREALE sparkling rosé.
ALLEGRO pampers the palate with a balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity, and a subtle minerality. An aromatic and deliciously refreshing drink, it tastes of citrus, apricots, peaches, and a hint of pineapple. An uncomplicated everyday pleasure with plenty of persistent bubbles, it pairs well with all types of food. Excellent with appetizers and cocktails like spritzes. Serve well chilled (approximately 6° to 8° C).
