Vermentino is infused for 30 days with wormwood, gentian, chamomile, cardamom, coriander, and herbs such as mint, lemon balm, and deucalyptus. This creates an innovative and unique vermouth, with wild, warm, and enveloping characteristics. Pairing Perfect for sipping neat or paired with our wines as a summer cocktail, excellent with blue cheeses, or as an after-dinner drink with an excellent artisanal panettone. Montauto Vermouth can be enjoyed as a digestif after a meal or as a prelude to an aperitif.
