NOTES ON THE HARVEST:
In 2021, we had spring frosts that reduced our production potential from the start. A fairly normal start to summer was followed by a scorching August in the central two weeks, with temperatures above 40°C, unprecedented in these parts. Fortunately, even during those days, a significant temperature difference between day and night preserved the grapes from "cooking" problems that would have certainly jeopardized the vintage. Fortunately, some rain arrived at the end of August, which definitively saved the situation, allowing us to arrive at the harvest with proper ripeness. We began harvesting on October 5th, finding excellent quality in the vineyard, certainly exceeding expectations.
