VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot and spurred cordon.

COLOR: Intense ruby with violet reflections.

AROMA: Characterized by a combination of fruity and spicy notes, with sensations reminiscent of blackberry and blueberry, vanilla, and cocoa.

PAIRINGS: It pairs perfectly with roasts, grilled red meats, aged cheeses, and blue cheeses.

FLAVOR: Great structure and elegance. The tannic structure is dense and the tannins are soft. The finish is long and persistent.

AGING: Aged in new and second-use barriques for approximately 15 months. Aged in bottle for at least 12 months before release.
