PRODUCTION NOTES
Soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, followed by a brief aging on the lees to enhance aromas and structure.
TASTING NOTES
Crystalline, straw yellow in color. On the nose, it is characterized by remarkable intensity and a persistent finish, rich in ripe flowers and yellow fruits. An intense and persistent wine, with a full body and a strong structure.
GRAPE VARIETY
Primarily Trebbiano, with Chardonnay and aromatic grapes such as Riesling and Gewürztraminer.
