Leathery, bewitching, exhilarating. Like those steep and impervious strips of land, torn from the granite and suspended over the sea from which Tutta Ansonica dell`Isola del Giglio comes, vinified partly on the skins as dictated by the island tradition of a winemaking considered heroic. An elegant and fragrant wine, with a pronounced and fresh minerality, but also with a beautiful character and an important note of flavor.

It is presented in a dark straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it emanates hints of white flowers and fruit. On the taste it is fresh and flavorful.

It is perfect to be paired with fish dishes and raw seafood.
