BRANCAIA IL BIANCO is a pure Sauvignon Blanc. Hints of fruit such as grapefruit and gooseberry precede a finish characterized by floral notes. Having not undergone malolactic fermentation, the wine shows an enchanting freshness, while a five-month refinement on the lees, one third in barrique and two thirds in steel vats, guarantees an excellent structure.
