Vintage Characteristics The 2024 vintage in Bolgheri began with a mild winter and little rainfall, favoring a slightly early bud break at the end of March. The spring, characterized by moderate but frequent rains, required careful care in the vineyard to preserve the health of the plants. July and August were characterized by being hot and dry, contributing to slowing down the vegetative vigor, creating optimal conditions for the veraison and ripening of the grapes. At the beginning of September, an Atlantic disturbance brought rain and coolness, favoring the ripening. September was sunny and with average temperatures, it allowed to achieve optimal ripening in all the vineyards, with an excellent quality of the grapes. Tasting Notes and Pairings The distinctive features of this wine recall notes of white fruit, jasmine flowers and thyme. The taste is fresh and harmonious and expresses an immediate pleasantness, characteristic of this territory.
