Tasting Notes
With a bright straw yellow color, SurSur 2025 offers a bouquet of tropical fruit notes combined with hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is fresh and savory with a return of fruity notes.

A Table
Pair with gourmet sandwiches, vegetarian dishes, and seafood entrees. Also try with grilled white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve in medium-sized, medium-height glasses; uncork immediately and serve at 9-11°C.
