An ancient grape variety from the Alba area, cultivated on the left bank of the Tanaro River.
The vine from which it originates is vigorous, with consistent, but not excessive, productivity.

It produces a highly fragrant, slightly aromatic, pleasant, and finely refined white wine.
It is best consumed young, when it best expresses the outstanding characteristics of the aromas derived directly from the grape.

Color: Straw yellow, sometimes a little intense.
Aroma: Intense, persistent, floral.
Flavor: Dry yet velvety, remarkably pleasant and broad on the palate.
Minimum alcohol content: 10.5% vol.
Storage: Store in a horizontal bottle in a cool, dark place, free from temperature fluctuations.
At the table: Serve at 7-8°C with appetizers, fish, and shellfish.
Best consumed young.
