Orvieto is one of the very rare areas of Italy dedicated to the production of sweet wines, a fame that has been handed down for centuries, dating back to the time of the Etruscans. On land exposed in such a way as to allow the mists that form in the early morning to favor the development of Botrytis Cinerea, Noble Rot grows. The harvest, from the end of October, takes place with meticulous harvesting to guarantee the quality of the bunches affected by Botrytis.
