Red wine obtained only from certified organic Sangiovese grapes and entirely produced in our company following the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The grapes are hand-picked and ferment spontaneously, thanks only to the action of indigenous yeasts, in special cement vats from France. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 12 months in cement vats, steel vats and in 10, 15 and 20 hl oak barrels.
