In the Middle Ages, laudemio was the flower of the harvest, the part destined for the lord’s table. Today, the Laudemio brand is an ambassador on the tables of connoisseurs around the world of the great Tuscan oil art and its masterpieces. Laudemio was born in the mid-1980s, when a group of far-sighted farmers, custodians of some of the noblest olive crus in the region, joined together in a pioneering pact for production excellence, well ahead of national and European legislation.
