Nebbiolo d'Alba is made from the Nebbiolo grape, harvested from the left bank of the Tanaro River. It is released for sale after a year of aging.
It has a ruby ??red color, varying in intensity, tending toward garnet with age. It has a delicate aroma reminiscent of violets.

It pairs excellently with roast and grilled meats, mixed fried foods, fondues and medium-aged cheeses.
