Tasting notes: Deep straw yellow, consistent in the glass, the nose reveals delicate aromas of orange blossom, citron, and lime, culminating in more intense notes of exotic fruit and powdered sugar. On the palate, the sweet, plump fruit returns, along with structure and freshness.
Recommended pairings: Tempura vegetables; buttered scallops; mozzarella in carrozza.
