Grappa OF Amarone Barrique is the result of distilling the pomace from the pressing of dried grapes used to make the highly prized Amarone della Valpolicella wine. The skill of Bonollo's master distillers has allowed them to sculpt the unique organoleptic profile of this grappa, which is characterized by exceptional aromatic richness and vivacity, as well as a smoothness and balance that will surprise and excite even the most discerning connoisseurs.
