and juniper berries
Collected only in selected areas of the Tuscan Apennines, the juniper berries are infused in 65% pure wheat alcohol and then distilled in a vacuum-packed pot still to preserve even the most delicate of its aromas.
art botanists
Calamint
Safflower
Mignonettes
Ruby
Indigo
These rare and precious botanicals are infused separately in 55% pure grain alcohol and then distilled separately in a small non-vacuum discontinuous still.
and other botanicals
Wild celery
Lavender
Hibiscus Elderberry
Sprouts
of pine
Mountain pine
Pine needles
These plants are infused, all together, in 55% pure wheat alcohol. The infusion thus obtained is then distilled in a small discontinuous non-vacuum still.
THE FINAL TOUCH
The distillates of the three infusions are then assembled and left to rest for a few days, after which very pure water of glacial origin is added to bring the alcohol content to 44%. It is then passed through very pure cellulose low-temperature filters (-7°C) which retain any oily particles that may have remained in the mix. Ginarte is now ready to be bottled.
