Inspired by the timeless tale of the great gentle giant, we took the bitter stereotype of gentian and tamed it just enough to define it as gentle.
Our bitter gentian liqueur is the result of a long maceration in grain alcohol and water of the finest gentian lutea roots, a couple of secret ingredients, and a clever—or so we'd like to tell it—blend of three different peppers.
Suitable for: those who don't drink gentian because it's too bitter, and those seeking a bitter liqueur with a bold flavor and moderate sugar content.
