A sincere tribute to the woman who took the first steps in building the Clarabella winery: Annalisa Faifer, a woman with a strong charisma, like the character of this wine.
Rosé vinification, with a brief maceration on the skins. Secondary fermentation in the bottle, with aging on the lees for at least 36 months.
A fine and persistent perlage with distinct red fruit aromas and floral notes. On the palate, it is creamy, with notes of savory and minerality, morello cherry, and yeast.
