PRODUCT INFORMATION
White wine produced only with Fiano grapes. The bunches are harvested manually and transported to the cellar in small crates to avoid crushing the grapes. Once in the cellar, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing of the whole bunch to obtain the free-run must. The vinification and the refinement on the fine lees take place entirely in steel vats.
