Growing Method: Certified organic
Harvest: Hand-picked starting in early October. Grapes are selected and
harvested by hand.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for 10 days in stainless steel and
concrete vats, aging for 12 months, 50% in concrete, 50% in third-use barriques
and large barrels.

Soil: The vineyards from which the grapes for this wine are grown are located in soils of varying origin and structure, at altitudes ranging from 280-350 meters above sea level. The soils range from sandy soils rich in
skeleton and fossils to deep, medium-textured soils with the presence of
pebbles.
Training system: Spurred cordon
Vine density per hectare: 5,000
Wine yield: 55/60 hl/ha
Tasting notes: Ruby red color. Notes of red fruits
on the nose, juicy and crisp on the palate. Excellent balance between structure and
