Vintage Characteristics 2023 was characterized by a rainier spring than in recent years, requiring more careful and meticulous work in the vineyard, particularly in canopy management, to prevent any fungal diseases. The heat of July and August did not cause water stress in the vines, as the water reserves, following the rainy spring, were more than sufficient. Furthermore, thanks to the warm season, no insect attacks were observed. The good temperature range between nighttime and daytime hours, during the days of late August and early September, allowed the grapes to reach optimal ripeness.
Versatile and immediate, it retains freshness, fruity aromas, and floral notes. Rich and complex, with sweet tannins that accompany a persistent and balanced finish.
