AGING: 11 months in exhausted French oak tonneaus and 3 months of aging in bottle
BOTTLING: December 2021
PRODUCTION: 45,000 bottles of 0.75 liters, 300 bottles of 1.50 liters, 50 bottles of 3.00 liters
