In the heart of the Sienese area of ??Chianti Classico, we harvest Sangiovese grapes—sourced from our own massal selection—along with small quantities of complementary varieties from our vineyards in Monti (Gaiole) and Vitignano (Castelnuovo Berardenga). Vinification takes place in the modern Monti winery using indigenous yeasts and gentle techniques designed to maximize the expression of the grapes' complexity and balance. The resulting wine boasts a structure that is both robust and refined, perfectly expressing the character and approachability of Sangiovese. Thanks to its long history and consistent quality over time, it is considered a benchmark of the appellation.
