PRODUCT INFORMATION

The new born, Cristal 2014, turns to us with a patient soul, full of promises. Forged by time and a chalky earth unique in the world, after ten years of aging it is now ready to be tasted.

THE WAIT
Time has done its job. Cristal Brut is a giant with a patient soul. After long years of resting in the cellar, it still overflows with youth. The plaster has concentrated the material, giving it a special liveliness, a surprising thickness. Absolute tension, fullness, supreme persistence are the characteristics that take it beyond its limits. It affirms its presence, which flows like spring water, supported by the power and concentration of the vintage.

ONE TERROIR
The Cristal cuvée has forged its identity from the chalky depths of these limestone lands that reflect the sun's rays in summer and capture its delicate light in winter. The Cristal Brut has a measured strength, a penetrating purity, like an agile dancer who draws wonderfully light pirouettes in the air. A sparkling fruit that echoes, an initial vibration that pierces and invites meditation. It is a chalky concentrate, an ethereal sensation of delicate tension.

MILLESIMATO
2014 was a continental year, hot and intense, with a torrid, contradictory climate, with an agile alternation of heat and coolness. Cristal 2008 is the embodiment of this concentration, this intensity, the liveliness and complexity of the vintage.

«Cristal 2014 is deep, intense and masterful. True quintessence of chalky soils that give this feeling of fabric and delicate tension. "
- Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, Cellarman Chief
