TASTING NOTES
From the outset, the elegance of the grain, and then also the persistence, communicate that we are dealing with very high quality levels. It has an intense, full and radiant bouquet, with honeyed notes, citrus scents, nuances of toasted hazelnuts and light iodine hints. In the mouth it is creamy and has an overbearing aromatic length. The aftertaste is slightly smoky and full of balanced energy.

PAIRINGS
As with all the greatest Champagnes, a pairing is not necessary for the Champagne Brut "P2" Dom Pérignon. For important occasions, it can also be fully enjoyed on its own.
