It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. The wine is aged for a total of 5 years, typically 12 months in French tonneaux, 14 months in Slavonian barrels, and a further 6 months in bottle.
This Brunello is characterized by a ruby ??red color. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet of red fruits, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of vanilla, cloves, and licorice. The palate is pleasantly persistent, with smooth tannins and balanced acidity.
