TASTING NOTES
A very bright ruby ??red color, its splendid light anticipates a bouquet of extraordinary sensations. The initial impact is profoundly and clearly fruity, preceding a progression based on violets, Modica chocolate, cloves and cinnamon, and mineral, ferrous nuances. Juicy and refined, it expresses itself on the palate in all its aristocratic complexity, supported by lively tannins and a lasting finish.

PAIRINGS
It pairs beautifully with very refined dishes: try it with rack of pre-salted lamb or Tuscan-style stewed pheasant.

WINERY
It was 1976 when former Alitalia pilot Diego Molinari and his wife Nora changed their lives, deciding to move to Montalcino and start producing wine.

BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG - CERBAIONA.
There are wines that can be considered totems, unattainable examples of technical excellence and longevity, despite never having achieved popular fame. Brunello di Montalcino Cerbaiona is one of these: it has built its legend exclusively on the qualities that define it, often eschewing guides and various forms of advertising, without losing its supporters—quite the opposite. After all, eight thousand bottles at most constitute a truly select production. Fermentation with native yeasts and maceration in steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, it ages in Slavonian oak barrels for three years. It's released for sale after further bottle aging. An extraordinary wine, capable of truly captivating even years from now.
