Endemism between "excellent" and "exceptional." At Il Greppo, the spring season was perfect: rainy March, April, and May, dry and warm June, July, and August, and September with rain at the end of the first ten days. The harvest period was dry; the harvest began on September 30th. The grapes were healthy and ripe, with small berries. Thick, well-colored skins. The must was balanced, rich in extract, acidity, and sugars. Only grapes from our own vineyards are vinified. Bottles of Brunello should be uncorked and slightly decanted 8 hours before tasting.
