Deep purple red with a violet edge, it has an expressive aromatic spectrum from the first moment you sink your nose into the glass: black cherry and crunchy berries intertwine with rosemary and juniper, all surrounded by ethereal brushstrokes of medicinal herbs, with a dense hint of tar in the background. The taste is the nerve center of the wine itself and is concentrated in a freshness that is finely intertwined with the solidity of the tannin, for a sensation of balance and harmony that are difficult to find elsewhere and worthy of a great Bordeaux. Precise, sharp, aristocratic: Sassicaia 2021 is a wine destined for great things.

Ideal with second courses of noble meats, such as pheasant and roe deer, it also proves magical as a meditation wine.
